Steering column

Hi all!
The bearings in my column are worn on an 1986 plain jane camaro (v6). Im looking at replacing the whole unit. It has tilt. What other applications would fit this car?

What ever you do make sure the wires all match up. In other words look for another column from an 86 at a local junk yard that has the same wiring. Take it out 1st and look at it. Make sure the new columns wire plug has the same number of wires and leads in it or all you electronics won't work. For example the wipers. I bought my car and the previous owner replaced the columm with one that fit but the columns wires were misssing a lead and the wipers didn't work. I had the old column since he gave it to me with the car and I removed new columns wire and pulled the wire from the old column through. Now my wipers work. Check the new column well before you purchasing it. Keep us posted!
