hey guys, just wondering about leather seats in the summer.... horrible or? im kinda scared to buy these seats from a 2002 camaro due to the heat from the sun on the leather and then in turn burning me.. any input would be great

I guess it depens on what kind of color interior you have. Dark interior will get hot. Same hot as your steering wheel can get.

 

um yea it really doesnt matter the color cause i remember my dads old truck was tan leather and he ended up covering it, not so much for the heat but
so that he wouldnt stick to it in the summer...

it was a pain when I wore shorts and drove it cause my legs always stuck to it and if your sweaty its worse cause then the seats get wet and sticky so i dont think heat was really an issue but just a pain...

heh my dads truck had leather seats backed in the sun for about an hour or to and wow they were hot , i wo0uld put them in tho leather is very sexy

go for it, it's not that bad. girls complain but just bring a extremely soft towel for them to sit on, the seats look better in the car if they are in good shape anyhow and that little extra touch will go along way...
