Hissing from behind the Heater Controls

Well the hissing is back again. I had the controls out last time and it seems like the hissing is coming NOT from the air connector but where that connector is plugged into.

There seems to be a diaphragm in there that is leaking. Anyone got any thing to suggest? Is it possible to just replace that part or is that an integral part of the controls?

Thanks.

OR better yet anyone got a working one for a good price? ANY suggestions welcome
