Steering Column help???

OK peeps. My steering column started having all the play I have been hearing about. I have took the steering wheel off and removed the guts. I can only see the torqe head bolts on the bottom. 2 to be exact. I cant seem to see the top ones. This is a safty issue as I have read, and I gave the car to my daughter, so I dont want anything to happen to baby girl. Can someone tell me how to get to the top bolts, or is there a trick to it??? And does anyone have the correct size of the torque bolts to get them out, so I can locktight them ???

Re: Steering Column help???

Ok just realized that I didnt have the tilt mechanism off to get to the top 2 bolts. But cant find how to remove it. Is it just the pin found at the top? or is there something Im missing. Any help will be appreciated.
