how do you replace the seat belt holders?

how do you replace the seat belt holders?

sorry i dont know what they are called but the are like ears that attach to the headrest to hold the seatbelts on my 3rd gen? thanks

There are different styles.One of mine has one screw holding it on.You just push the plastic sideways at the seam and the screw head will be visible.
