Transmission: T5

Axle/Gears: 3.73

front seatbelts

so i'm trying to replace the front seatbelts in my 85 iroc
excuse my ignorance but
A) how do I remove the plastic cap without busting the damn thing
B) what tool do I need to unbolt it from the console?

Slip something behind it such as a flat head screwdriver so you can get a finger behind it, once you have it in your fingers, spin it and it will come out, easy as that.
