new dash cluster

im wanting to put in a 6 hole cluster in my 87 firebird. the stock guage has a large speedo, a large fuel, then the rest is lights .anyone have a picture of a stock 87 dash ( not formula or trans am ) so i can compare.? my car is not anywhere near me!

would a formula dash board fit in to a regular firebird? then i can just fill it in with my gauges?

Re: new dash cluster

You may want to take a look at Covans Classics web site. They have a lot of new dash panels. E-bay also has some pics of dash panels. If you want to keep a stock look you are probably in for a lot of work. A dash panel like Covans with Auto Meter or other after market gauges are not hard to hook up and look great.

I don`t know what happened but I went back to Covans site and got a **** site. Try covans dashes when you search then click on covans classics if it comes up.

Yeah, but they also cost BIG $$$$$

Nice piece's, but I made one for about $500 less.

Re: new dash cluster

My recommendation to look at Covans dash panels was for ideas of what is out there, what else may fit and what other dash panels look like. He was looking for photos/pictures of his dash panel, not to buy something most of us can`t afford.
