First of all, I searched and found some pics (spent few hours last night searching), however I am having a little problem on how to go about making the little plate in the ash tray, or anything really.

There was a topic like this posted, but only few pics were posted and I've read that some people mounted them all around the place.

So, If you guys have any pics of your mounted power window switches on the fourth gen console please post them up, and if you have any pics where you mounted power side mirrors please post them up.

I'd like to do this right, and I am just looking for ideas before I start hacking myself.

When my car still had Power Windows, I had used a thin piece of cardboard, or the side of a shoebox type of board for a templete. so that I made a plate that allowed the ash tray door to open and close.

Then I just transferred it over to a piece of plexi, and used RTV on the bottom to put it in place. After painting the bottom side Black.
