What's the best conditioner for aged leather?

I've been using Zaino leather cleaner and conditioner on my '91, and while they are softening up, they're still pretty rough feeling on certain surfaces. Is there any sort of heavier leather creme I can use that might soften them some more, or has the sun's effects shrunk the leather too much? The back seats are like new, and the passenger seat looks great. Once I have a new bolster sewn in the seatback and the seat bottom repadded and restitched, even the driver's seat will look good...they just feel more like vinyl than leather...

Any help is appreciated!! After seeing 4th gen seats climb in price on eBay, and being more of a preservationist than a modder, I'd like to make these seats look as good as possible. Thanks!
