I've seen a few sources that re-wrap steering wheels, but the only one that comes to mind at the moment is Hawk's:

But I think Hawk's source only uses black leather.
That'll work for you because Camaro steering wheels were black. And '82-'84 Firebird steering wheels were also black. But '85 and later birds had dark gray leather. So for people with '85+ birds who're considering having this done, they should probably discuss this with Hawk's first.

$349 with core!? The only way I would pay that much is if my car was only for show and it was all original, and I never drove it anywhere. Save that money for something else and just get a leather wrap for $8.00 that is 100 times more comftorable than oem.

I had my TA wheel done from Sue. I'm not sure if they do others also.
