ACC Carpet pics
For those of you that were wondering what the ACC carpet looks like compared to the stock here is a couple of pics. The backing on the ACC carpet is not rubberized like it is on the stock carpet. But overall I was happy with the fit and quality. You do have to cut the holes for the seatbelts and seat mounts and trim out the console area a little more then it comes.

Re: ACC Carpet pics
I only have one shot with the seats out and its just when we first layed it in without any trim adjustments and its not a complete shot. I will snap a couple of the finished product and post them.

Re: ACC Carpet pics
I like the ACC carpet, but it took a lot more work than I expected to get it to fit decent. Most of the holes had the backing under where I needed to cut so I had to cut through the carpet and the backing which will dull the crap out of some razor blades. I also didn't like how it didn't want to sit flush against the floorpan towards the bottom of the trans tunnel, but you can't tell until you push on it.

Re: ACC Carpet pics
I just did carpet replacement on my 86 this weekend with ACC. Pain in the butt, but finally got it. My console was not pre-cut. I started by working from the front back. When I cut the seat bolt holes, I just put the nuts on and continued to the rear.
Cutting through the padding underneath is a big pain. I did find a pair of tin snips cut through everything a lot easier than a knife.
