As soon as the spring rolls around or maybe even sooner, I'm gonna start swapping a digital dash that I have into my '92 GTA. I have the entire dash including the electronic climate control, not just the cluster.Unfortunately, the guy that I purchased the dash from had already sent the donor car to the salvage yard and didn't remove the interior's body and under hood harnesses. For those of you that have already done this swap, did you swap the entire dash or just the gauges? Did you have the harnesses that you needed, or were you able to make the existing wiring work by re-pinning everything? I'm gonna continue my search for the harnesses to keep this swap simple and straight forward. Would truly appreciate any advice from anyone that has done this swap.Thanks.

 

You're gonna need every bit of wiring, save for the engine harness, to really pull it off. I tried doing it using the existing analog harness and just swapping connectors, but you have no idea how completely different the two setups really are. There are A LOT more wires on a digi dash than analog.

I have the dash harness, it's missing the connectors for the dome light and I think radio, which can be had from any harness, those aren't digital specific. PM me if you would like it; I can't use it any more as I got a TA that had the digi dash from factory in it. You'll still need the underhood harness, but this will get you halfway there...
