91 Camaro Dash
I got a new Inst. Cluster, well for a salvage yard, and went to go install it. It is the exact same one that I currently have. I went to hook it up, and all the sensors read correct, except when I started the car, the Tach pegged out at idle and just sat there. Is there a fix to this, or is the cluster, well a cluster now.

ive heard you might be able to fix it.. but when mine pegged out like that i bought another cluster from ebay. it worked perfectly. which tells me it was a bad tach on the old cluster.

You can swap the little PC board for the tach from your old cluster into the new cluster.
