help with the floor pan
i dont know where to post this so i want to know if it would be better to get a new floor pan or just "patch'' weld new panles into it
.......the holes are under the seat and on the trans tunnle any help would be helpfull
i can not post pic but the size of the holes yes two of them are about 5x9 and the trans tunnle is 12x14

i can not post pic but the size of the holes yes two of them are about 5x9 and the trans tunnle is 12x14The areas you're talking about, specifically under the seat, may be re-enforced for weight. I don't remember for sure how the seat bracing works on a third gen.
Make sure when you're doing patches, you get them as close to factory as possible so that you are certain to have enough support.

MY STEP DAD IS A CERT WELDING TEACHER SO GOT THAT COVERED BUT I ALSO NEED THE SEAT BRACE THE ONE SIDE RUSTED TO THE POINT THAT THE SEAT BOLT IS GONE
