I'm considering swapping out the seats in my '84 camaro. up here in Ontario, a nice set of thirdgen or even 4th gen seats are few and far between. My question is: What other cars can seats be taken from and swapped into a third gen? and I mean cleanly, like a direct bolt in. Also, if I got seats from another car, would it be hard to make them fit? how would I do it and are there any criteria? I'm always finding deals on nice leather audi seats or something non-gm. would i be able to make them fit in?
