My passenger side window will only go down about 1/3 of the way before it stops and makes a grinding sound.

So like the title says are there any good guides out there for the removal of the bad motor and installation of the new motor? I got the door side panel and that plastic crap off but I can't even begin to figure out how the motor is installed.
