Gloss Interior?

Has anybody tried this before?

I am in the process of removing all plastic panels and trim from the car to restore the interior and while the first batch of pieces are downstairs right now curing with satin black paint, part of me wonder what it would look like if I hit them with clearcoat acrylic.

I do not mean the WHOLE interior. Obviously I am not contemplating painting the dash or door panels. I just mean plastic panels like kick panels, the door handle/lock bezels, center console and so on and so forth.

Part of me thinks this would look nice. But another part of me doesn't want to go through with it, get everything back in the car and realize oh crap this looks like ****.

Could I get some pics?
