can anybody tell me where to find interior pieces such as seat upholstery carpet and headliner in medium dark grey.
i've checked with Hawks and the closest color they list is a light charcoal

You can try www.accmats.com . Have not used them personnaly yet, but plan to soon. Seems like many agree they have some of the best carpet. That said, they are expensive if you order directly from them. They seem to have most of the factory colors.

you do not say if you need cloth or leather - if leather you are out of luck in terms of an exact match -the factory leather has a bit of a metallic and no one make that exact match so your best bet if you need correct leather is to find good used

Hey, my car has same medium dark gray. I redid headliner in summer and spent some time trying to find correct color. Classic Industries has exact color match with their medium dark gray fabric. Every other place I looked into (even got color samples from Stock Interiors) was slightly off. Stock fabric has a slight blue tint. You can call up classic industries and request a color sample. I checked my catalog and they have a few gray colors for seats and carpet. You might be able to get color samples of them too. Not sure what their stock color name is. They are having 15% off sale now.
