I am currently looking for a driver seat cuz one of the legs that bolts to the frame rusted through and now I have a rocking chair. I would like to either fix the current seat or replace it with an original version for a 92 camaro.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem before and if so, what did you do? Thx!

 

find you some used seat tracks in the wrecking yard or search the sites classifieds for the parts.

 

Or you could find someone who knows how to weld and pay them $20 (if that) the weld the "leg" back in place. Otherwise, try a j-yard or thirdgenranch.org

 

Thanks! I didn't even know that the seat track could be removed. I did see a seat track on ebay or also see if it can be welded but I think that the rest of the legs are damaged as well.
