Lightbulb Part Number

Lightbulb Part Number

Anyone know the part number the back dome bulb in an overhead console? I have working flashlight and maplight but I don't have a bulb for the dome light. Is it the same bulb as cars without overhead console?

Welcome to TGO. A search is normally a good thing on site.

I'm thinking the bulb is a 561, but that could be incorrect. Since the plastic around the 'prongs' which hold the bulb are prone to melting, many members have swapped in LED's--which provide cool and much brighter light. Check the following link for more info/pics:
