So I am looking at getting a 87 Iroc . The car is yellow with the gold stickers, rims, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew what color the interior would be on this car . The guy is out of town for 2 weeks and I forgot to ask . Its just killing me not knowing . I have been looking for a pic (google) but cant find one . Help

 

Black, Gray, or Tan. The sales brochure for 87 isn't specific about color combinations, but the only other color interior offered in 87 was Red, which is an obvious no-go. That said most of the ones I've seen with the gold accents have tan interior.

 

I was hoping you wouldnt say that . I can live with the yellow, and even the gold. But tan , not so much. I am PRAYING its black.

 

I have a 87 Z and it is white with gold trim and gold rims, all stock. My interior is tan, but like said earlier it could be any combination. More likely it is tan or black.

 

After some thinking , I guess the tan is not bad . Depending on what condition it is in , I will leave it . Otherwise if its junk, it will be switched to black .

 

Some time soon I hope to change the gold to black, with black racing stripes and I'm thinking the tan will kinda accent the black even more.

 

if its fabric and not pleather(vinal)..you could always use a fabric spray die on it to darkin it perhaps....
