How do you change out 88 GTA digital dash

How do you change out 88 GTA digital dash
What all is needed to change out the steering wheel and digital dash to a normal wheel (NO BUTTONS) and normal dash.
Im thinking I would need a new wiring harness and computer but Im not sure.
I am also new just joined today I am still in shock that a forum for 3rd gens is even around.Alot of good stuff in this place Ive been looking around for the past few hours lots of nice cars.I do not own a 3rd gen now but am looking at a 1988 GTA it just has the digital dash that I hate.
