steering wheel repairs?

steering wheel repairs?
84 Z-28 with original black leather wrap on original steering wheel - one, does anyone sell a leather rewrap kit with precut leather piece and stitching thread? and two, it appears that some of the actual steering wheel rim (under the leather) is breaking down or compressing, does someone actually have a service to disassemble and repair the rim and recover the leather, or is this a "do it yourself or buy a new wheel" deal. THX.
