HELP

Just bought dimming mirror with temp and comp.

I'm having a hard time getting the wires from the mirror

down the A pillar to the fuse block and the wires for the temp

sensor up the A pillar to the mirror. what am I doing wrong?????

ANY AND ALL HELP NEEDED THANKS

Removing the pillar without breaking the mounting points and/or the retaining clips will be an adventure. Check late in the following link for pics that may be helpful:

Oh definitely - they always break - but given how far into the windshield they go, I'm not sure one could successfully fish wires through there without removing it. Might try a metal coat hanger and work it in there - removing the dash pad wouldn't hurt.

The clips are still available at the dealer if you remove the pillar and they do break, but they are $20 for a set.
