Harness Grommets

Anyone know where you can buy the grommets that go through seats so you can run a 5 point harness?

Re: Harness Grommets

As far as NHRA Rules go I believe they let people with OEM seats to run them around the outside and not cut holes through.

Harnesses shouldn't be put into cars without a rollbar with a properly installed crossbar. The reason for this is the person in the harness could have their spine compressed if they are floor mounted.

That being said there are parts stores out there that just sell the seat grommets if you want to spend the time cutting and installing them.

My car has a roll bar. I dont want to run them on the outside of the seat because I have the style with no headrest and due to the way the seat runs the belts sit over it funny and Im in the process of redoing the whole interior and stiching my own seats up anyway so adding a hole wont be a big deal. Thanks for the link.
