I recently bought a used B&M shifter it came with the shifter, the rubber boot, the sifter plate with park drive 1 2 3 on it, and some wires for the light behind the shifter plate and four little wires that come off the shifter. It did not come with instructions but I got a copy of those online, my question is those of you who have bought this kit new what all does it come with (am I missing anything) and is there any advice you guys got for me to help the installation go along easier.

 

Really know one knows if this is all I need to make this shifter work? I could really use the help with this thanks.
