Panels fit? Insulation Question!
Do the 4th gen door panels fit on thirdgens without a problem? If so would anyone post pictures of their car with them.. want to get an idea if its worth doing.. or getting my stock thirdgen panels redone.
Also anyone add more insulation to the car to keep the cold or heat in, in various climates. i was thinking of reinsulating the car all around to hold in heat in winter and cool in summer.

Re: Panels fit? Insulation Question!
the 4th gen door panels require quite a bit of modification to fit in place; they are by no means a bolt in and go ordeal. I looked into them to go along with my 4th gen dash, but I think I'm going to stick with the 3rd gens for now.
insulation wise, sound deadener (the stuff the stereo guys use) is also good for what you're looking for - it adds mass to the panels to reduce rattles and vibration while creating a better barrier for temperature

The 4th gen panels are shorter than stock ones. You'll end up with about an inch of metal showig on the bottom of the door.
