A pillar runs from windshield corner at dashpad to the top of the headliner.
B pillar runs from top of door to the headliner.
B pillar runs from top of door to the headliner.

to add a little more, labeling the pillars with letters is used for all cars. The A-pillar is the forward most one that's around the windshield and so on towards the back. So 4 door sedans would have a B-pillar between the front and rear doors and a C-pillar where the rear window is.
