Dashpad question

What is suppose to hold the small defrost vents that are on both sides of the dashpad in? Do they just snap? Should I use some type of glue? Finally got a nice dashpad for my car!

Yes, no. Where did you get the dash pad..? Mine has a crack from the speak area to the windshield edge. I was thinking of fixing the crack, then recovering the pad with a skin of leather like I've seen Ish do on Street Customs.

Has anyone done this before..? If so, pics pls.

Re: Dashpad question

I found mine on craigslist. Just got lucky I guess. It looks like some one would reman these dash pads at a resonable price, just for the demand on this message board.
