lose steering collumn

Is there a way to tighten up the steering collumn on a 92 rs camaro? My car has the typical. Issue of pulling down and to the left when terning left in the car or while grasping the wheel when accelerating.

Just wondering what is the best and easyist way to fix this issue.

Re: lose steering collumn

If you figure out how to get the turn signal cancelling cam to go back in, please let me know.

I tightened my column months ago but haven't gotten around to putting it back together. Now that i have the rebuilt engine and tranny back in, the interior all redone, I figure i'll be needing a steering wheel

Re: lose steering collumn

i had to do the same last summer with my car. It was like loose tooth. Just be sure to make not or take pictures as to where all of the parts go. I didn't and wasted a lot of time trying to remember where everything went.
Also be sure to put some thread lock on the bolts before you put them in so you won't have to do it again.
