Truck Bed Liner & 3M Adhesive

i have some across a lot of posts here in which people spray parts of the console with truck bed liner.

has anyone tried to do this on the other trim pieces? i am looking to get everything at least matching, and cant find all the trim at the boneyards that matches my grey/light blue trim.

i am slowly doing the interior, and i am wanting to do it all black with some gold trim here and there, and if anyone has tried the truck bed coating on the trim before, i'll take your expertise on the subject.

i have also read people doing leather on all the trim. i am not sure if they custom ordered, or whatever. so if anyone has done the 'headliner method' with the interior plastic, using 3M spray adhesive, and padded fabric, let me know also. i plan on soundproofing all the trim pieces, and i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone if the 3M sticks to the trim (i can wrap it around a tad, to where the plastic would knock on the other plastic).

so let me know if you truck bed liner'd your trim, or used 3M on it.

i also have seen the dying kits. but it looked like a butt ton of prep involved, with spotty results.

Honestly, I wouldn't use bed liner on interior pieces. Try the duplicolor interior paint. I've used it with great out comes. Just make sure you use adhesion promoter with it, especially on parts that get touched alot.
