Door handles/armrest 82-86 and 87-92 interchangeable?
Do the 82-86 arm rests and 87-92 style arm rests use the same mounting locations, and thus, are interchangeable with any `82-92 door? I have `87 style door panels, and am going back to the `86 style (long story).
Thanks!

yeah they do. you may have to change your plastic peice though. the part that was the locks, door handle, mirror switchs or *****. some had smaller holes than the newer styles. i have the complete interior out of my 90 in my 86

Some have a plastic bushing like at the top, some don't - that's the only difference.
Here's a pic of the armrest missing the bushing: http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/...0,0,0&format=0
Here's a pic of it put on: http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/...0,0,0&format=0
Can't find a pic of an armrest that doesn't have the bushing - but it's simply solid, no need for the bushing.
They all bolt up the same.
