Re: removing seats from seat tracks?
So... Whats the question? How to seperate the two?
There are four nuts that hold the seat to the floor, and four bolts that hold the tracks to the seat, it will be obvious which ones those are, and they're the same size as the nuts that hold the seats to the floor.
You'll have to slide the tracks to gain access to all four, but be very careful when doing this because if you release the tracks without the seat being bolted to the floor, the spring will shoot the lower part of the track very quickly down the rail, and it can probably take a finger or two with it.

Re: removing seats from seat tracks?
Suggest painting the tracks with a satin or semi-gloss paint. High gloss colors will show every spec of dust.
