Custom gauge cluster
i've got an 86 TA. i'm wanting to do all aftermarket gauges in somewhat of the original dash's design. i was planning on wrapping it in beige vinyl to match the rest of the interior (when i do the rest). any ideas on how to do this?

Re: Custom gauge cluster
I always wanted to know what aftermarket guages would look like behind the stock bezel.(This is what you mean right? You want to put different gauges behind the dash panel?)
Either way, keep us updated, I'm looking foward to seeing the results.

Re: Custom gauge cluster
i wish i could use the stock bezel! that would make it so much easier. but the aftermarket gauges aren't exactly a perfect fit. So, i've decided to do it in wood and most likely wrap it in vinyl. Here's a design i came up with and will be using unless i can think of or find a better one. i'm going with the white gauges.
