Steering Column

I have a 1985 sport and i am looking to put in a tilt column. What years and vehicles will work if i get one from a salvage yard? This is my daughters first car so i am going all out on it.

I believe GM used the same steering columns in there cars from the late 60's to early 2000's. The only things that may be different are the turn signal stalks, and the ignition key insert.

You might want to get someone else to chime in though, like i said, I'm not exactly sure.
