High-beam bulb burned out

And I'm trying to get to it but it's covered by the speedometer face which I can't get off because of the speedometer needle. How do I get to the bulb?

should be able to pull the cluster out, just reach behind and disconnect the speed-o cable, once out find the bulb holder twist and pull out.
