That's for the UQ7 Performance Sound System,that switch controls the two rear subs in the sail panels along with the amp that is located under the I/P.I don't know if it's that rare but some people think it is.I do know that the 5.5 round subs are not available anymore for that system.I had to have mine restored by a radio guy and they sound great!!
the fiero store used to have them for sale but i just checked, lo and behold they are no more 

im just hoping mine are still in good condition. I will check sometime in the future, I don't have time atm.
