Door Panel Help !
Does anyone know where I can buy those thin thread cutting nuts that hold the upper plastic trim to the door panel? I think they also hold the rear glove box to the plastic trim ? Thanks for the help.

Re: Door Panel Help !
For future reference, any kind of pic is always helpful.
I think I know what you're talking about, and vendors will probably
know them as "speed nuts". There may be some in the specialty
boxes at the big box stores (Lowes, H-D). If not, look for the best
locally owned hardware store, probably and Ace affiliate. These places
can be a treasure trove of great stuff. And if you're really lucky, you'll
find some crusty old guy that's been selling this stuff longer than these
cars have been in existence, but can probably solve 99.9% of your
problem.
The key to remember, is there might be a variety of ways to solve the
problem, but the factory chose the CHEAPEST, FASTEST way.
