Seatbelt Question
I have an '89 GTA.. I went to use the seatbelt for the first time & noticed it won't quite reach the buckle. (Waiting for the fat joke...) The floor one retracts fine but the one in the roof doesn't move. Is the roof one also retractable?

Yes,the shoulder strap also retracts.Give it a quick pull and pull it out all the way a couple of times,it might be just stuck.
