Hey everyone I'm new to the forum and to cars in general but I've always wanted to own a Camaro thanks to Burt Reynolds and a family friend. I chose an 84' Z28 with a 350 carburetor 5sp and am enjoying every minute of it. Only problem I've had so far is changing the gasket on the intake manifold and some spark plugs but other than that her low rumble gets me going. So since this is my first project car looking for simple things to do to make her more enjoyable so I want to change out the seats. I know a 4th gen bolts right in and running a power seat is as simple as a hot and a ground along with the tracks.

So all that to say this, does anyone have any suggestions on what year or model to look for when searching for the seats that will be comfortable. I'm slndr-avg. build and I like to AutoX every now and then, working my way up to track. All of your experienced opinions are welcome when it comes to a good seat

I have a complete set of dark gray seats from a 99 camaro (typ) with adjustable headrests I have a mint back fold down . 2 mint rear buckets and 1 near mint, 2 mint passanger seats 1very good pass seat and a driver seat with a little sign of light cloth wear. but my friends think its perfect . I was going to take one of the spare pass seats and use the material to make a mint drivers . ......... but I just got new skins for x-mas so 400 buys all!

 

Are you sure they're from a Camaro? There were no adjustable headrests available on any 4th gen Camaro...however they were standard on every 4th gen Firebird.

 

thats a definate possibility. in any event there sweet .
