Seat Belt retainer..how does it fit?

Seat Belt retainer..how does it fit?
I'm referring to the plastic piece where the shoulder belts go through the headliner...I guess you could also call them "guides". How are they supposed to attach to the headliner??
It's been so long since I had removed them...anyone have a pic or anything?

If your replacing,you need to cut a small slit in the the retainer and slide it over the belt like the one in the pic http://www.moderndaymuscle.com/inc/sdetail/196/712 their should be little ears on the ends that snap into the retractor and a wing that goes behind the headliner.
