How to take seat locks and wheel locks off
Hi guys..threw another video together on how to take out our interior seats..some cars had seat locks on them that required you go to the dealer for replacement..ill show you how to take these off..this technique also can work on wheel locks which you dont have a key for..

Ive parted and own quite a few 3rd gens and ive never seen that on any of them

Yeah alot of people havent seen them..i do remember people coming into the dealer all.pissed off cause they couldnt take their seats out...

i don't think thats a dealer thing. i remember a company that sold a bracket that bolted to the seat mount and blocked the radio in to prevent theft.it was key removable for driving.btw a correct size standard or metric 1/2"12 point socket driven on will remove most wheel locks.

yup a regular socket would work but i always damage them whenever i do it that way..
if it wasnt from the dealer then it had to be from the factory...i even remember where we kept the wheel lock keys at the dealership for whenever a customer used to come in with that complaint lol
