I guess the first question is: "were you the one who took it apart"? If so, then you should have most of the pieces which (for next time) you'll label, ziplock bag and box together.
If not, is that how you bought it?
Under the wheel are just two pieces: a small black plastic cover right under the steering column and also, a larger black cover which covers all wires - which you can ziptie together to lift and compact to better fit inside. This larger cover also has an opening for the fuse panel (there should be a fuse panel cover as well) and stops at the top of the foot pedals. To the left of your left foot is a kick panel.
Behind the shift plate should be the top part of the console which has the 'glove compartment' built in.
Although you are new here, you know how to post photos, which is good. For more help, you'll need to post more pics. Also, you should inventory your parts so that you know what you have to work with as well as what you will need. I went from a bare metal floor to 98% completion (hoping to be a 100% within the next few days) of a brand new restoration (not a single screw was ignored) with minor personal touches added. It absolutely sucked at times, my wife hates the car, ive only put on about 100 miles in the past three years, but man, what a sense of personal satisfaction and pride!

Yes I'm the idiot who took it apart and I have all the pieces but now to get it back together correctly I got the wheel fixed today I still need to locate the spring that goes into the wheel though for the horn but Ill do that tomorrow I need to just get an idea of the ducts mainly Im sure I can figure out where things plug in on the dash itself the under area to the column I need to figure out for sure too but it all has the connecting adapters so It shouldn't be TOO HARD
