seats from other cars

Hi I'm wanting to do something unlike everybody else, I don't want to put in 4th gen seats like everybody else I want something like g6 or gto seats is it possible if so how much work. I think I've seen the gto seats a while back, will also consider vette seats what generations though will bolt in

Re: seats from other cars

It's doubtful anything will bolt on other than 3rd or 4th gen f body seats, unless the tracks from your seats will bolt in place of the donor cars seat tracks.

If you want a direct bolt in, you will not be the first to do anything. That is the nature of the beast. If it was easy, everybody would do it.

Re: seats from other cars

the front seats are easy.the camaro seat brackets can be adapted to most seats.the problem is having matching rear seats.thats why forth gen seats are popular.

Matching rear seats is easy. Your local upholsterer should be able to make it work.

Sorry if I am hijacking this thread but since we are discussing seat covers..

All seat covers for my car on classicindustries.com is made of velour and, on top of that, is out of stock.

Are there any vinyl/leather seat covers available for the pmd-seats?
