Stock Dash Pad Weight

What does the stock dash pad weigh? I have searched all of the weight loss threads and people talk about removing it, but never say what it weighs exactly.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Stock Dash Pad Weight

I have a NOS pad in the original GM box. The tag on it reads 'Weight 20.00'.

Re: Stock Dash Pad Weight

Yup:

Firebird is about 15lb 'bare' and 20-22 packed.... Camaro is a bit more.

Edit: 100 LB = approx: 1/10th sec.
