Yes. Just be aware that if your car is equipped with split fold down rear seats, the pin that is on the transmission tunnel that slides into the stock seats will need to be cut off because fourth gen seats are not split rear seats.

I'm running 4th gen fronts and split rears. Fronts are a direct bolt in.
Also the 4th gen rear bottoms are a bit more contoured/deeper but work perfectly with 3rd gen backs.
