Looking at getting my 1984 T/A Recaro seats restored. They are in fair/good condition. A small 2 inch tear, fading,cracking of leather. I would like some new foam for the cushion as well...

Good luck. Not too many competent upholsterers out there for the Recaros. The guy I used is no longer in business. He did outstanding work. You may get away with using a product like Leatherique to restore them.
