Car: 1984 Trans Am Recaro
Engine: 5.0L V8
Door Panel Trim
i go new trim for the door but im not sure how to remove the old piece it has what looks like 7 nuts holding it to the panel whats the best way to get those off and the best way to put on the new ones

Are you talking about the door rails? Yep - those nuts are holding it on. If you have new trim then it won't matter that some of them will break off when you try to unscrew them. You could try needle nose pliers

Stock#: S6103A - (3/8") or S9614A - (5/16")
S6103A Door Trim Palnut Driver. For Ford and GM vehicles.
For easy servicing of 3/8" internal hex trim nuts used on door trim
panels and molding. 1/4" drive, 1 7/8" long overall.
S9614A Trim Nut Driver. For GM. Similar to S6103A but is for
use with 5/16" internal hex trim nuts. 1/4" drive, 1 7/8" long overall.
