Engine: stock 305
Transmission: Stock auto
Axle/Gears: stock
trying find a blank gauge panel (no holes) (outermost black plastic piece)
Does anyone out there make them? Looking for black standard abs plastic not an aluminum one... something that's a direct fit the I can put the holes in for aftermarket gauges.... I'd obviously have to take everything behind the panel out (stock cluster and all that)

Your best bet is to check eBay for the companies that are selling custom gage packages for our cars and see if you can buy a blank trim piece from them. They are probably all custom made by them.

Are you taking about the area the gauges are in? If so why not make your own?
This is mine before I covered it in plastic and cut the holes for the gauges
