4th gen headrests interchangeable?

Engine: 5.0
Transmission: T5 WC
Axle/Gears: 3.42
4th gen headrests interchangeable?
Does anyone know if the 2 4th gen headrest styles are interchangeable? I have the big kind and would like to put in the smaller kind.

to specify I believe only trans ams and possibly firebirds had the seats with headrests that were separate parts
